A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00am on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Main Street Baptist Church, Smithfield, Va. Viewing will be from 4-7pm on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at the chapel and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be private. Professional services entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel.
