Newport News Willie R. Bailey, 52, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 06, 2015. He was the loving husband of Linda Bailey and son of Shirley Bailey and the late Willie L. Bailey Sr. A funeral service will be held 11am Friday, Sept. 11, 2015 at Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder-Day Saints in Hampton. Viewing Thursday Sept. 10, 2015 from 4-7pm at the chapel.
