Thomas Lee Collins

On Wednesday, October 28, 2021, Thomas Lee Collins, age 70, passed away at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. God reached out and touched the switch to cut off the beaming light. He reconnected the air hose that breathed the breath of eternal life. He stopped the heart from beating so the soul could get some rest, softly whispering come my son and rest upon my breast. Thomas Lee Collins was born January 22, 1951 in Suffolk, VA to the late Joseph Jordan and the late Rosa Mae Jordan. He was predeceased by his brothers Floyd Collins and Larry Jordan. Thomas Lee went to East Suffolk Schools. He worked for Smithfield Packing. He was baptized in June of 1995. Thomas Lee leaves to cherish his memory daughters Sophia Simms, Adrienne Walker (Gregory), Ann Davis (Ron), Yvette White Jenkins (Kenny); sons Donyell Womack and Tony White; sister Gwendolyn Jordan; brothers Joseph Jordan and Edward Collins; grandchildren Shaquille T. Simms, Raven Walker, Ryan Walker, Deon White, Bennie and Aulani Jenkins; uncle Otis Collins; aunts Louise Adams, Mary Wilson, Earline Sellers, Essie Walker; long-time friend Virginia Mizell; cousins and friends.
