Freddricy "Tommy" Gibbs, Jr.

On Tuesday, April 4, 2023,  Freddricy Thomas Gibbs, Jr. better known as “Tommy” walked through the pearly gates and received his wings.

Tommy was a simple and uncomplicated man with a big heart. He would help anyone who needed assistance. He was a good husband and father.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of twenty-seven years Marie Gibbs, sons; Timothy Truitt and Joshua Gibbs, daughter, Stephanie Gibbs, grandchildren; Jazmine and Adriana Doyle. Great grandson Jaxson Doyle, Stepson, George Jones, sister Anna Hedrick, nephew, Richard Reid, niece Christina Reid and numerous cousins.

He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Graveside Celebration will be held 2pm Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Central Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Viewing will take place Friday, April 7, 2023 from 3-6pm at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Please keep the Gibbs Family in your thoughts and prayers.
