Frank E. Robertson, Jr. 

On October 4, 2024, our beloved father, brother, uncle, grandfather, son and friend Frank E. Robertson, Jr. entered eternal rest from labor to reward. 

 Frank was born to Mary Robertson and the late Frank E. Robertson, Sr. on July 19, 1949 in Smithfield, VA. He was the oldest of two children. 

 Frank worked for General Electric for several years and later at Cannon for over twenty years until he retired in 2014. 

 Frank’s hobbies included fishing, motorcycles and working on his cars. He also enjoyed spending time with his immediate family. 

 Frank leaves behind to carry his legacy, his mother Mary Roberston; his son Edric M. Jones and daughter-in-law Tarri Jones; his grandson Edric M. Jones, II; his brother Marvin Roberston and sister-in-law Ann Robertson; his long-life partner Ruth Jones and his aunt Martha Moore. He also leaves behind his nephew Marvin Robertson, Jr., nieces; Takiyah Hannah and Nicole Caviness and a host of cousins and family friends. 

The family would like to acknowledge his cousins Jimmy Robertson, Jr. and Floyd Branch, Jr. for being his closest cousins and best friends during his lifetime.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12:00pm on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Shivers Funeral Chapel.  At the request of the family there will be No Public Viewing.  Please keep the Robertson Family in your prayers.
